POSITIVES
Well we did it we raised £326 for the PDSA we had a few overheads venue etc not much but that’s what we cleared not bad eh for a bunch of fucking twats? Couple of the bands had to pull out BBR due to there drummer leaving & DeadXsett due to there drummer working other than that 9 bands ripped through the day & a good time was had by all.
There was a lot of positives to come out of this gig the fact we raised quite a bit also thanks to Sarah for making a cake or two & selling it raising 30 more pounds!!! The fact that most of us had a great day & generally a laugh.
Thank you to the following people Sarah, Alison. PJ, Ian (Sound guy), The taxi driver who dropped us off & only charged a fiver with the amount of stuff we had in the back plus he even tried to get some more stuff in. The Wankys travelling all the way from Leicester (I can never spell that without spell check!) boss lads & one of my fave bands in the world so it's an honour to have played with them twice now I hope again sometime preferable not in Liverpool cause this city has nearly seen the end of us for a while.
To the guys who always turn up some I don't know by name some I do so hear I go (I'm making a rod for my own back here!) Steve Churchill (You always turn up Steve & watch every band) Yeardo (You too) Pete Byrne (& you Pete), Brother Sid, Gaz Bear, Bill McKee, Krag Wilkinson, Romulous, Ganikah, Ric Woodhouse, H, (now it's getting hard!!) Ahhhh fuck it I've missed you off ain't I?
NEGATIVES
I have got a gripe tho & I am sorry I've got to say it if it makes me unpopular than so be it I don't fucking care. When your band has played why do you ALL have to go home cause we have now seen you so fuck ya all is it? I understand some people cannot stay to the end but some left & never come back for that I DO NOT FORGIVE YOU I seriously don't it's bullshit. I don't get why you would do this I really don't. Let's just say I am dissapointed in the people who left.
When a band is playing why did you have to stand outside for someone's whole performance they have taken the time out of there lives to do this for free & you cannot give them 20 minutes of your time. YOU FUCKING IGNORANT CUNTS watch the other bands support the other bands. At one stage I came out to tell ya to support the other bands one or two came back in big fucking deal. For me it put a downer on the night you may not like all the bands but some people in the venue just couldn't be arsed giving them a chance. I supported all the bands at least for half a set I had other things to do. One or two certainly where not to my taste but I put you on & I supported you so DO THE SAME BACK IN FUTURE TO OTHER BANDS/GIGS/VENUES/PROMOTERS.
One or two people I really expected to be there as well & they weren't I have now washed my hands of you.
I do thank you for you time thanks for your support but could a few more hours of your time gone amiss? working it out now 71 people paid in & including the bands should have meant around 100 people should have watched most of the bands. By the last 2 bands we was lucky if we had 20 people in the room! No wonder Bludvera can't be arsed with Liverpool anymore. On the Facebook page alone it said 132 going & 94 maybe's that is a lot we all know people are clicking cunts & you can cut that in half well stop clicking you are coming when you obviously aren't. fuck I even seen one girl standing outside & she only clicked a few days ago she was coming & never came in!!!
I cannot leave this without thanking all the bands again for there time & playing live giving your time to charity. If you think I am wrong then fine I am sure you know I am right in everything I have said above if you don't well fuck ya anyway I cannot be arsed.
The winners in this where the PDSA they got £326 & that's all that matters after I have had my fucking moan.
